Parts and Quality Warranty

The quality of Morales Custom Guitars is our top priority. Parts or functionality issues identified  within 60 days of purchase will be resolved at no cost. Either replacement parts will be sent directly to you or repairs will be completed in our shop. In the unlikely circumstance that we are unable to repair the instrument, an identical replacement model will be issued. If the exact model is unavailable, our customers may select another comparable model or choose to return the instrument for a full refund. 

Stainless Steel Frets Warranty 

Our stainless steel frets are built to last. In fact, we are so confident that our frets will last longer than any guitar that you’ve owned that they are covered by a ten year warranty. ORIGINAL damaged frets that are unable to be redressed on your Morales Custom Guitar will be replaced for ten years from the date of sale. There will be no additional charge for parts and labor on repairs completed by our shop. 

This warranty is non-transferrable. Proof of purchase and the Certificate of Ownership are required. Shipping costs are not covered under this warranty.

IMPORTANT: Stainless steel frets are extremely hard to polish. Snags and rough spots are eliminated to the best of our ability. The only way to get your instrument to play nice and smooth is to play it. With consistent use, your stainless steel frets will become super slick and outperform traditional nickel frets. The frets may be a little stiff when you first get them; this is normal. Playing the guitar will work this out. Dings and a slight flattening of stainless steel frets may occur but over a much longer time period than with nickel frets. We recommend taping your fretboard up every few years and apply a 1000 grit - 7000 grit stepped process, which can be purchased at your favorite local hardware store.  This will keep your frets even and dent free
